We currently have a full-time position available for a Branch Administrator to represent the company as the first point of contact with our clients and potential clients. If you are a hard-working individual who possesses excellent people and communication skills, then we want to hear from you.

RESPOnsibilities include:

  • Answer a multi-line phone system with ease
  • Facilitate communication by effectively navigating computer and phone systems, while following all company standards
  • Build and maintain customer relationships throughout all communications, while demonstrating a professional and positive image to our customers
  • Prioritize, research, and respond to requests for information, requirements, or issues
  • Demonstrate high quality performance through accuracy and attention to detail in a timely manner
  • Foster communication and exhibit exceptional customer service in all professional interactions for both internal and external customers
  • All accounts receivable functions, including collections
  • All accounts payable functions
  • General office filing, mailing, maintaining printer/copier/fax machine
  • Take inventory and order office supplies when needed
  • Addressing and scheduling service calls for customers
  • Assist with general marketing tasks and maintain newsletter database for existing and prospective clients
  • Ad hoc projects as requested by management


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Detail oriented and ability to multitask
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Real Green software preferred, but not required
  • Willingness and ability to learn this industry specific software will be required

The hours for this position are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
